As a Digital Franchisee, your business and the Return on your Investment is calculated based on the following
-- The Billed Sales Value using your Franchise Link / Code
-- Your ability to promote and build New Franchisees to the OhMyGene Business
-- Rank Royalty based on your Annual Billed Sales Value
Therefore, while you do not have any set target, the more you sell, the more Commission you generate.
Any Franchisee can become dormant with multiple reasons. Our Team shall monitor individual Franchises and help improve your Franchise business. We shall not penalize with any action, however the Sales performance will be an important criteria for Franchise Renewal
This is not a Multi Level Marketing business model, wherein the Commissions move through various levels. As a Digital Franchisee, you can refer and introduce any number of New Franchisees to the Business in a single level. You do NOT qualify for any commission, if your Directly referred Franchisee refers and introduces another New Franchisees to the Business.
All eligible Commissions earned during the period of Franchise Agreement will be transferred to your bank account, even after the Digital Franchise agreement expires. Once your Franchise Agreement expires, further commissions from Sales, will not be calculated.
If you are unable to operate your Franchise Business arising out of disability, you may write to us, requesting to transfer the business to your appointed nominee as mentioned in the KYC documentation. In case of death, and on proper intimation along with a request from your legal heirs /nominee, we would transfer the Franchise to the desired nominee.
We value our business partners as an integral part of our growing Franchise business. Your commissions are calculated in real time, using a robust software platform. All Commissions will credit your wallet and you will be eligible for withdrawing your commissions, once the Refund period of the sold product / services expires.
There is a customer support system with an automated ticketing system available through the Franchise platform. You may raise your concerns for support and our Customer Experience Specialists shall assist you with a Turnaround time. Alternatively, there is also a Toll-Free number for support.
There is a dedicated training program, wherein newly inducted Franchisee will undergo training on all aspects of the Business. This also includes introducing the Franchise Software, the Commission structure, how to leverage Social media for promotions and Business strategies to build your Franchise Business. The training modules will be revised periodically depending on product launches and market development
The Company offers 30 days as Grace period to renew your Franchise Agreement. During the Grace period, you shall continue to qualify for Commissions and your Rank Royalty position shall be intact. However, if you do not renew the Franchise Agreement during the Grace period and your Franchise agreement expires, then your Rank Royalty position will be lost and you will no longer receive any commissions.
