Return Policy

Sagenome Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “SAG”) Products/Sample Collection Kits are covered by this Policy.

If the Products/Sample Collection Kits are found defective:

1. You are entitled to Return it within 24 hours from the time of Delivery for a Refund or replacement of the Products/Sample Collection Kits.
2. Products/Sample Collection Kits shall be returned only through the authorised courier agents of SAG.
3. Products/Sample Collection Kits should not be opened/used by the customer before returning the same.
4. The Invoice for the Purchase should be returned along with the Products/Sample Collection Kits.
5. This Policy does not apply to Products/Sample Collection Kits that have been intentionally damaged or mishandled.
6. Registered customer can place return/replacement request by visiting order history from dashboard after login.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the order history option from the dashboard when they login into their profile.Customers need to initiate the order Cancellation within 2 hours after the Payment. In case option is not available in dashboard, they need to approach the customer care phone number +91 8891 650 505 or mail to hello@ohmygene.com directly and get the order cancelled with Refund.

Changes To Our Return and Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, any updation, deletion, amendment to the return and cancellation policy will be published here and the same will be applicable with immediate effect. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return and Cancellation Policy.
